Responsibilities:
1. Medical Technical Empowerment: Responsible for medical training and operational guidance for healthcare institutions in the assigned region, providing professional medical support to aesthetic medical organizations. Conduct training sessions for aesthetic consultants and physician teams on medical knowledge, fundamental theories, and clinical application techniques for products, ensuring the safety and efficacy of treatment protocols.
2. Medical Evidence Generation: Coordinate with the Medical Department on clinical projects (e.g., case studies, clinical research, publications, etc.), facilitate project progress, collect clinical data and feedback, and organize the output of corresponding academic achievements.
3. Customer Service: Conduct regular visits to regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to exchange theoretical and operational insights, gather physician perspectives, address their concerns, and maintain strong client relationships. Collect competitive intelligence and market information, and deliver accurate, cutting-edge academic knowledge and clinical operational information to clients.
4. Academic Influence: Participate in regional academic events, oversee medical-related content, and enhance the quality of medical conferences.
5. Post-procedure Service Support: Handle complex complaints and post-procedure Adverse Events (AEs), develop preventive strategies tailored to physicians of varying skill levels to mitigate AEs, and formulate response plans for spontaneous AE incidents, providing comprehensive medical solutions.
6. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Regularly train and assess sales personnel in the assigned region on relevant knowledge. Facilitate cross-functional communication with regional sales, marketing, brand, and other horizontal teams, addressing academic needs or feedback encountered in daily operations, and collaborating to achieve product goals.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Clinical Medicine, or Master’s degree or higher in Basic Medicine.
2. Work Experience: 1–2 years or more of experience as a Medical Manager in the medical aesthetics industry, or 2–3 years or more of clinical experience in dermatology, minimally invasive procedures, or plastic surgery within aesthetic medical institutions.
3. Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in office software, with basic literature retrieval capabilities; strong communication and presentation skills.
